PSP Script - Luggage Tags

No outside filters for this script this will make you some luggage type labels
youll need a background paper to run it on thats 800px square
by the way these two scripts are taggers size

you do wonderful things thanks for sharing. I just want to know if I could use the mask in my digiscrap creation, giving your name in my term of use of course. For the moment, it's only freebies, but I've got proposal from digiscrapshops, and I don't want to make something wrong.
