Make a frame Kit _ Frame 1

Something new for you today...
these are two layered templates ...the top layer is an overlay so depending on your imagination  your layer blends and gradient and plugins..then the skys the limit...
Its very easy ..first color the bottom layer with a color or gradient from your page pallette.
then on the top layer experiment with the layer blends till you get a result you like.
add some effects with plugins to finish it off..in the examples i used FM TileTools - Blend Emboss

These are PSDs so should work in any graphics program that supports that...if you want it any other format please let me know
